The organisers have reserved accommodation for congress participants in hotels in the centre of Krakow. To make a reservation, please contact the selected hotel no later than 05.09.2025.

The conference fee of:
- 200 euro - for all the participants
- 150 euro - for PhD students
includes refreshments during the sessions (coffee breaks, lunches), official dinners, conference materials and participation in a tour of the Jagiellonian University Museum.
The opening of the conference on the first day will take place in the Collegium Novum Auditorium, Gołębia 24. All subsequent sessions and will be held at the Larisch Palace, Bracka 12.
The dinner on October 9 will be held at the Kawaleria restaurant, Gołębia 4.
All these buildings are located approximately 5 minutes' walk from each other, right next to Krakow's Main Market Square and approximately 15 minutes' walk from the hotels.
